Inglewood Associates and Hanna Commercial Announce a Cross-Servicing Agreement

Inglewood Associates, LLC is pleased to announce that Jim Myers, Managing Director of Inglewood has joined Hanna Commercial LLC.  Myers had previously led Inglewood’s Transaction Services business and will now lead Hanna Commercial’s Business Advisory division providing Buy and Sell-Side engagements and other related services.  As a part of the transition the firms have agreed to a cross-servicing agreement whereby Hanna Commercial’s Buy and Sell-side services will be offered to Inglewood’s clients and Inglewood’s business consulting, restructuring and exit planning services will be offered to Hanna Commercial’s clients.
