Inglewood has been retained by a structural steel fabrication contractor to facilitate the Company's relationship with its senior lender and assist the Company in developing a more appropriate capital structure.  The Company was adversely affected by the economic downturn in the last few years, but has recently experienced improved business volume.  Inglewood will assist the Company in restructuring its finances to provide long-term stability while enabling the Company to participate in the improving business conditions.
