Inglewood is retained in the Detweiler bankruptcy as financial advisor to ArborOne
8/25/2009

Inglewood has been retained by ArborOne ACA to serve as ArborOne’s financial advisor in the J.J. Detweiler Enterprises bankruptcy case.  ArborOne is a Federal Farm Credit institution and Detweiler is a residential property developer. Detweiler developed several thousand acres in rural Tennessee and Georgia using financing from ArborOne.  With the downturn in the housing market, Detweiler proved to be overleveraged and filed for Chapter 11 protection in June 2009.

As advisor, Inglewood is to assist ArborOne in developing its understanding of the current status of the ArborOne-financed developments, monitoring the current operations of the Debtor, and identifying strategies to maximize ArborOne’s recovery.
