Inglewood's Nancy Terrill engaged to serve as expert witness, writing a rebuttal report in litigation between Sterling Bank & Trust, FSB v Independent Bank. The case involved litigation between the banks regarding the handling of a workout loan by the agent bank.  Ms. Terrill's prior banking experience provided insights into the requirements of an agent bank which was the basis of her expert report.  The case was settled.
