Inglewood Managing Director Nancy Terrill was a contributor to recent Crain's Cleveland Business article titled "FINANCE: Bankruptcy filings down, which means much less related work" featured in Crain's Cleveland Business print and online editions July 28, 2013.

The Crain's article provides commentary from several legal and advisory firms regarding their approaches and adjustments to the decline in commercial bankruptcy filings between March of 2012 and March 2013.

Ms. Terrill in the Crain's article mentioned that she does not expect the level of commercial bankruptcies to fall much further but is not expecting an increase either.  In addition, Ms. Terrill notes Inglewood's emphasis on utilizing the firm's skill set and experience in distressed company situations to assist organizations in optimizing their value.
