Inglewood Associates is pleased to announce that Rita Sherwood has joined the firm.  Rita has had over 30 years of operational experience including as co-owner of a business, business consultant, product manager, corporate recruiter, and technical sales representative.

She is a seasoned consultant who has spent a large part of her career assisting middle-market and family businesses improve their growth, performance, profitability, financial strength and value. She has demonstrated leadership in delivering profitable growth through operational improvements, innovative sales and marketing programs, customer-centric focus, and organizational development.

Rita is a founding member of the Cleveland chapter of the Exit Planning Exchange. Rita is a co-inventor of a method for measuring and improving organization effectiveness.  US Patent 8,538,796 issued September 17, 2013.

Rita obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh Swanson School of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management.
