Real Estate Receiver in Federal Court Replacing Prior Receiver and Using Narrowed Project Scope

Inglewood replaced a prior receiver who had incurred substantial fees which were well beyond what would seem to have been reasonable.  Inglewood proposed and implemented a narrowed scope for the project which focused solely on core issues in concurrence with the lender in the case.  Receivership fees have been significantly reduced, two of the ten units have been sold, and the remaining eight are being prepared for sheriff sale.
