Sell Side Advisory for a Metal Fittings Company

Inglewood was hired by the company subsequent to the passing of the CEO and General manager of this Family held business.  No family members were included or trained as part of a succession plan and the family decided to position the company for sale.  Inglewood was hired as their sell side advisor.  We prepared a marketing book on the product and business history which highlighted the company's strengths and opportunities for growth and defined the market position of the company's products.  Inglewood solicited, qualified and interviewed potential buyers, then we completed the project by negotiating the letter of intent and asset purchase agreement for the successful sale of the assets.
