Inglewood was founded in 1983 on a simple conviction: the businesses that come through a turnaround, a transaction, or a leadership gap intact are the ones advised by people who have actually run companies — not career consultants.

For more than forty years, from Northeast Ohio and across the Great Lakes, our partners have sat on the operator’s side of the table — making payroll, negotiating with lenders, and carrying real responsibility through the moments that decide a company’s value.
