Mozelle Jackson is a Partner at Inglewood and a seasoned CEO, COO, and CFO recognized for helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and complex business challenges. Over more than 25+ years, she has led finance, operations, and enterprise initiatives across Fortune 500, middle-market, private equity-backed, ESOP-owned, and nonprofit organizations. Her experience extends well beyond finance, encompassing business strategy, operational excellence, organizational redesign, pricing and profitability improvement, technology enablement, and change management. Having led businesses as an operating executive—not just advised them—Mozelle brings a pragmatic, execution-focused perspective that enables leadership teams to make better decisions, accelerate performance, and create sustainable value.
Her track record is built on transformation. As President of Weatherchem Corporation, she led a turnaround that delivered the highest profitability in the company's 30-year history. She has served as EVP & CFAO of Cavaliers Holdings, SVP & CFO of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, VP & CFO of Make-A-Wish America, and VP of Global Finance at Diebold Nixdorf — roles that span global manufacturing, distribution, professional sports, and mission-driven institutions. Earlier, she was CFO of the PE-backed Elyria Foundry Holdings and Regional CFO at Fifth Third Bank, after beginning her career at Arthur Andersen LLP.
At Inglewood, Mozelle specializes in helping organizations unlock value through strategic growth initiatives, business transformation, operational improvement, and financial leadership. She advises companies facing pivotal moments — including rapid growth, organizational change, leadership transitions, restructuring, acquisition integration, and transaction readiness — building the financial and operational capabilities required for long-term success. Her experience includes strategic planning, M&A, capital planning, debt and equity financing, pricing strategy, KPI and management reporting design, finance transformation, technology enablement and enterprise performance improvement. Mozelle's greatest strength is translating strategy into execution by aligning people, processes, technology and performance metrics to create sustainable value, and measurable business results.
A CPA, Mozelle embodies Inglewood's conviction that its advisors should be businesspeople first, not lifetime consultants. Companies bring her in when the stakes are highest and the answers are not obvious, and she leaves them clearer, stronger, and ready for what comes next.

At Inglewood, Mozelle partners with executive teams to improve financial performance, optimize operations, strengthen cash flow, establish meaningful KPIs, and redesign processes that increase efficiency and accountability. As President of Weatherchem, Mozelle led a business transformation that delivered the highest profitability in the company's 30-year history—demonstrating that disciplined execution can turn operational challenges into a foundation for sustained growth and long-term value creation.
Interim and Fractional Financial and Operational Leadership
Interim and Fractional CFO leadership provides experienced executive leadership during periods of transition, growth, or transformation. Drawing on more than 25 years of C-suite experience across Fortune 500, middle-market, private equity-backed, ESOP-owned, and nonprofit organizations, Mozelle quickly integrates with leadership teams to provide strategic financial and operational direction. She establishes the reporting, controls, KPIs, and processes needed to improve decision-making, strengthen performance, and build the scalable infrastructure required for sustainable growth and giving boards and owners a steady hand and credible numbers when the outcome depends on both.
Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory
M&A advisory guides owners and boards through the diligence, structuring, and integration that a transaction demands. At Inglewood, Mozelle brings both an operator's and financial executive's rigor to both sides of the deal, with a proven track record in M&A, debt and equity financing, and post-transaction integration. She prepares organizations for sale, structures the capital behind a deal, and then does the harder work most advisors skip — integrating people, systems, and reporting so the value promised at signing is actually realized.
Enterprise Transformation, Scalable Infrastructure & Change Management
Successful transformation requires more than a strategy—it requires the infrastructure, processes, technology, and culture to execute it. Mozelle helps organizations build scalable operating models that align people, processes, systems, and performance metrics with strategic objectives. Drawing on her experience leading enterprise-wide transformations in global, middle-market, and nonprofit organizations, she partners with leadership teams to strengthen operational discipline, implement meaningful change, and create the foundation for sustainable growth and long-term value creation. Having led global finance at Diebold Nixdorf and finance for complex institutions, she knows how to design the operating backbone an organization needs to scale, stabilize, or professionalize, aligning day-to-day execution with long-term strategic intent.
Capital Structure & Financing
Capital structure and financing decisions play a critical role in supporting growth, transformation, and long-term value creation. Drawing on extensive experience with debt and equity financing across Fortune 500, middle-market, private equity-backed, ESOP-owned, and nonprofit organizations—as well as serving as Regional CFO at Fifth Third Bank—Mozelle helps leadership teams evaluate financing alternatives, optimize capital structures, and strengthen financial flexibility. She aligns capital strategy with business objectives, whether funding growth, supporting acquisitions, improving liquidity, refinancing debt, or preparing for a transaction. Her practical, strategic approach ensures the balance sheet becomes a catalyst for performance, resilience, and sustainable enterprise value.
Performance Measurement & KPI Architecture
Performance measurement begins with the right information. Mozelle helps organizations design KPI architectures and management reporting that provide leaders with timely, actionable insights to make better decisions. She develops meaningful financial and operational metrics that align strategy with execution, improve accountability, and measure the drivers of growth, profitability, and enterprise value. By creating disciplined performance management systems and transparent reporting, Mozelle gives executives, boards, and owners a clear, credible view of business performance. Whether supporting growth, improving operations, leading a transformation, or preparing for an investment or sale, she builds the performance framework organizations need to execute with confidence and achieve sustainable results.
