Doug Campbell Joins Inglewood to Lead Manufacturing Consulting

Doug Campbell joins Inglewood to lead the firm's manufacturing consulting practice, bringing a decade of private equity and plant-floor operating experience.

CLEVELAND – June 12, 2018 – Inglewood announced today that Doug Campbell has joined the firm as a senior partner. Campbell will lead Inglewood's manufacturing consulting practice, working with clients on strategy execution, operations excellence, and lean supply chain management.

Deep Manufacturing Consulting Experience

Campbell brings hands-on experience across S&OP, CRM, ERP, supply chain development, and lean tools implementation. He has served as project lead for discrete strategic sourcing, direct and indirect spend analysis, customer and product profitability analysis, and business rationalization engagements.

"Doug brings a wealth of experience to Inglewood. His expertise in corporate carve-outs, strategic add-ons, restructuring and turnaround situations make Doug a natural fit at Inglewood and will be a valuable resource for our clients."

John K. Lane, CEO of Inglewood

From the Plant Floor to Private Equity

Campbell comes to Inglewood with 10 years of private equity experience. Most recently, he was a senior vice president with Resilience Capital, a $600 million investment firm focused on global companies with $25 million to $250 million in revenue.

Before Resilience Capital, Campbell was vice president of manufacturing at Excello Engineered Systems, a leading Tier One supplier to the automotive industry. Earlier, he was plant manager for the Liverpool stamping division of Shiloh Automotive. That combination of operating and investing experience is the same discipline Inglewood applies in turnaround consulting engagements.

Campbell earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
