Inglewood and Hanna Commercial Announce Cross-Servicing Agreement for Buy-Side and Sell-Side Advisory
Jim Myers joins Hanna Commercial to lead its Business Advisory division as the firms sign a cross-servicing agreement pairing their complementary services.
Jim Myers, the senior partner who led Inglewood's Transaction Services practice, has joined Hanna Commercial LLC, the firms announced on November 14, 2022. Myers will lead Hanna Commercial's Business Advisory division, delivering buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements and related services.
As part of the transition, the two firms entered a cross-servicing agreement: Hanna Commercial's buy-side and sell-side services will be offered to Inglewood's clients, and Inglewood's business consulting, restructuring, and exit planning services will be offered to Hanna Commercial's clients.
Buy-Side and Sell-Side Advisory for Both Client Bases
The agreement gives clients of each firm a wider bench. Inglewood clients preparing to buy or sell a business gain direct access to Hanna Commercial's transaction team, while Hanna Commercial clients can call on Inglewood's consulting and restructuring depth.
